Where are you located? Pricing/value and availability varies between countries. I great value PSU in US may not be good value in Europe.

1060 has a TDP of only 120W. Anyway, the whole build would run smooth on a 550W easy with some headroom. 750W is overkill unless you plan to grade the GPU and CPU (even then it's an overkill, a 650W would suffice).

A 450w power supply will be more than enough for your system, and likely be quieter and cheaper than the 750w power supplies.

Your graphics card manufacturer has to make that recommendation based on power hungry systems, and crappy power supplies that can’t provide its rated power. The recommendations are worst case scenario.

Your system will likely consume 200- 250w at load. Even an overclocked 8700k + GTX 1080ti will be fine on a 450/550w power supply.
