There sinply isn't one brand which is the best.There ate many out there for specific needs.For example MSİ has TWIN FROZR and Gigabyte has WINDFORCE.These are cards focusedon cooling.I personally prefer Asus's STRX series cards.

The asus card has some bad reviews, I'd go with a sapphire or msi versions.

dont get the asus i have it its poor has issues with drivers causing random crashes. go for a nvidea i will be shortly replacing mine
