Best R9 270x Model/Brand

Hi i'm going for a budget build and was wondering which R9 270x 2gb card would be the best bang for my buck. There seems to be all sorts of brands like Sapphire and MSI + many more. Also there's Vapor-X, Dual-X and all those different models. I'd really appreciate your input!

The brands aren't as important as the specs. Look for the one(s) with the highest clock and memory speeds.
if you have the room, this long-ass card is about the fastest of the 270X's.
