Best R9 390 Gpu

Hello! I am looking at graphics cards for my new pc, and I have decided on a r9 390 over a gtx 970. Now for the questions: Which brand of R9 390 should I get? I am looking for hopefully slightly higher fps. I don't really care about cooling as long as it stays reasonably quite, and don't get really hot, but stays reasonably cool (I am going to use Air Cooling). If possible, a white/red coloured card would be nice, but not necessary. The build I am going with is white and black, but I don't really care that much about colour. I am looking mainly on a card that is a little more favored to fps and less to cooling. But decent cooling is required.

Asus,MSI,Gigabyte,XFX,... just take your pick, the one with the highest core clock will get slightly better fps at stock.
