Best Racing Wheel

Serious question. What is your best recommended steering wheel? I will be playing on PC.

I've looked at the Logitech G27, and I love it.

It needs to have a clutch, preferably paddle shifters & manual shift.

Budget: Preferably under $250 retail, as in the G27 from Amazon, which is about $199.99

You pretty much answered your own question there. The G27 is best bang for buck hands down. IMHO. Just make sure whatever you set it up on is stable and in the right position or you will still hate the wheel.

Unfortunately, there isn't much on the market right now in the way of racing wheels. There is a bit of competition, but most of it is for console use, and the ones that also work with PC either are cheaply made or have driver issues, plus none of them really come close to the Logitech wheel in terms of features. Although it is the most expensive one by far, you will also get what you pay for.
