Best Radiator Length For CPU Water Cooling?

I was considering water cooling my PC but I don't know what length of radiator I need. I see that 1 or 2 sections seem the most common.

Depnds a lot on which CPU and if you are overclocking.

Not planning on overclocking because I have the i5 4570. I don't plan on upgrading this CPU until I build another PC with a different loop.

Single 120/140mm radiator will be plenty.
