Best RAM for 2700X?

USING RYZEN 2700X AND X470 STRIX GAMING -F.

Right now, I'm torn between these two. Which is best?

it's a tricky one. The Flare x is CL14 and the Trident CL16. Lower is better when it comes to CL rating. BUT, the Trident runs faster at 3600 v 3200. However, with that said the effects on Ryzen with faster mem taper off after 3000mhz, so the extra 400mhz of the Trident won't make much difference, but it is slightly cheaper. So they both balance each other out a little. In this case i'd go for price, and take the Trident.

All I can add is the Flare X worked @ rated speeds on both my b350 and b450 boards by selecting XMP profile. No adjustments needed.
