best ram for asus crosshair vii

have crosshair vii on order and looking for best possible 16gb ram (2x8gb). i keep hearing about b-die but not sure how to know.
from asus website:

looking at trident z 3200 the difference between cl14 and cl16 is about 70$. is there a best option for this board? I also read on thisnsite that im not limited to 3466 and can
go 3600.

With 2nd gen Ryzen and x470 chipset you can use practically any DDR4 RAM, I'm using Kingston HyperX KHX3600C17D4/8GX at full 3600MHz right now.
That said, above 3200MHz there's diminishing returns on overall system performance, so 3200MHz and low Cl is probably best buy for it.

if thats the case these are the only 5 on the asus QVL 1 flare x and 3 trident z with different timings. the hyper x fury im not to familiar with, any ideas? I read something on reddit saying the 14cl is "the worst of the best"

Because they don't check all available RAM and certainly don't update the list.

Found this locally. The rest are either cl15 2400-3000, cl13 but at 2133 or cl16+ up to 3600. Any ideas

"X" in the designation means that it's XMP is made somewhat more compatible with Ryzen, in other words specially for it but doesn't mean other wouldn't work just as good.
3200MHz with Cl 14 is quite good.
