Building a new rig not sure on what ram to get, what would be the best RGB 32gb set to get the best performance out of the i9-10900k

Do you have an unlimited budget?

If not, look for something like 3600 speed.
At equal speed, lower cas numbers perform better.

Fancy heat spreaders and RGB are all about marketing.
I might bypass that option.

Your CPU officially supports up to 2933Mhz DDR4 however you should consult with the Motherboards QVL for RAM kits that are tested and known to work.
List your MB and a recommendation will be made for a 32GB kit.
