Not really. Your motherboard runs memory at 1.5 volts and that is 1.65 volt memory. That memory can run at 1.5 volts, but not using the DDR3 1600 speed - so it would normally run slow and could cause problems. I would use the Crucial memory selector and choose some of the memory there (they guarantee that it will work):
