[SOLVED] Best ram speed for 5950x?

Hi guys
I have the 5950x in my new build. I'm self-employed and use the PC for work. I have 64GB of Crucial Balistix 3200 RAM in there. I'm going to "retire" this RAMto my wife's PC.

So I need to buy some new RAM for my 5950x. Now this CPU has been out a while, what's the current thinking on the optimum RAM frequency for it. The 3200 MHz was okay, I got CPU speeds of 4.9GHz so I'm wondering if there's any need to go for 3600MHz RAM.

When you go with such high amounts of ram like 32, 64 or even 128 gigs, usually 3200mhz and 3600mhz is the same price.

3200mhz cl16 and 3600cl17 is about the same.
Go with the highest that has a good price tag.
Say, if the jump between 3200mhz and 3600mhz is unreasonable, obviously go with 3200mhz, but if it's a very small jump, you should get the faster one.

I will look for the article but you want high speed and low CL. The higher the speed - the lower the CL the better. Yes, get the lower CL
