What would be the best ram speed for rx 580 8gb I heard 3200mhz was the best I currently have 2400mhz

ram speed wont generally help much as its used by the cpu not the gpu.

increasing ram speed may if you buy faster ram with the same or tighter timings, give a little bump, but its normally only a couple of %.
but as i say, thats a benefit to the cpu not the gpu...

Unless you can sell your current RAM for a good price, don't bother changing.

As above, the system RAM is used by the CPU and the rest of the system, not the GPU.

If an Intel system, OK.
If a Ryzen system, maybe not. Ryzen thrives on faster RAM.

Again, the system RAM speed has little to do with the GPU.
