what's best for gaming a 6700k & z170 or 5820k or 6800k & x99 with two 1070 graphics cards in sli. i'm just going to be gaming. was wanting to get something I won't have to update for a few years. thanks for any help u can give me?

If you are just going to be gaming you don't need an i7 or two 1070's, one 1070 and an i5 would suffice, what kind of gaming are you going to be doing, just one screen in 1080p or something crazy like 4k on 3 screens? Because for standard 1080p at high frame rates would be lovely on an i5 and a 1070.

I already have the graphic cards, evga 1000w psu, corsair h110i, 16gb 2133 gskill ram, 480 ssd, 2tb hd, two msi 1070 gaming, 1080p,

well if you have already gone that far you clearly have a large budget so you might as well go for the i7, I would go for the 6700k but you could get an i7 extreme edition if money is basically no object, how much more do you have to spend?

LOL, I was looking at i7 6800k, and x99 gigabyte g1 gaming for one the other was a i7 6700k and msi gaming m7 which one would be the best

i'm sorry I was asking to see which would be the best for gaming. not because I could afford ether but what would work best. it's not alway's how much you can spend?
