Best Red and Black Mobo under 150$

I'm in the market for a red and black mother board for under 150$. I have the i5 4690k.
Currently looking at the msi z97 gaming 5, it seems that it has been out for awhile but I'm not sure if it's still a good motherboard. An info would be nice. I'm also looking for overclocking!
