Best reliable gaming video card UNDER 100$

I am looking for the best video card I can get thats under 100$. Pleas dont ask what kind of psu cuz i am upgrading it later. The games i want to play are Historic, moern, and zombie fps games such as cod, moh, re5... not Fut*ristic games like h*lo Nd cr*sis.
