Best replacement fan for Hyper 212 Evo

I need a replacement fan for my Hyper 212 Evo as I think that the bearing worn out. I have heard that the Noctua F12 is a really good option but it is kind of pricy and there are so many different models I don't know which to chose. For example I found this one cheap https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608026&ignorebbr=1 but it says "Case Fan" so I don't know if that is a good choice or not as some Noctua F12's specifically say "CPU Fan" and I know that has something to do with static pressure. Could anybody recommend me a good replacement for my Hyper 212 Evo fan?

This fan you have linked is one of the best you could get. Noctua is one of the most renowned manufacturer of PC cooling fans. I have always used these fans for my radiators and heatsinks as well as for case fans. They move a lot of air, have high static pressure, and are extremely quiet.
