Best replacement for ASUS P8-Z77 Pro

Main use is gaming. Considering a complete rebuild, cpu,ram,gpu.

I like the software based automated overclocking that Asus offers with the suite software.

What’s the best option out there for replacing my P8-z77 pro MB?

All of the above with the games. MMO, rpgs, shooters, single player and multi.

I have 2 sdd, and a normal HDD,GeForce 970, and a Intel 3570k processor, oced to 4200mhz, 16 gig of ram, currently.

As far as budget, I’m leaning toward the same cost as the P8-z77 when it was in its prime, with of course flexibility. Basically looking for something similar bang for the buck, smart purchase.

The Z77 boards are no longer made so it will come down to whatever you can find used, or rebuild using new hardware.
