Hi everyone.
I have a Dell laptop with an Intel 620 graphics card running windows 10. I have an external monitor -- a Dell P2213 -- with a manufacturer-recommended resolution of 1680 x 1050. I have been able to get this resolution with this monitor in the past on this laptop and others.
When I came into work today, the monitor's resolution was set at 1024 x 786. In the windows display setting menu, the only choices for this monitor are 1024 x 786 and 800 x 600.
I tried reinstalling drivers for both this monitor and for the graphics card,but to no avail.
To be sure, I can plug in other external monitors to the laptop and get higher resolutions, up to 2560 x 1440.
I'm grateful for any suggestions.
