Alright, I want to record CS:GO videos and upload them in 1080p without any unwanted black bars. My moniters native resolution is 1440x900 (16:10)

When I record this in that resolution, and edit in sony vegas with that resolution, and render in that resolution, i have black bars on youtube since its not 16:10. If I record in anything but 1440x900 I dont think it would look right. I rendered in 1080 and it still had black bars. What is the best resolution combination for no black bars?

Solution
Well you are not playing in 16:9 nor 1080p, so it's not recording in that format. In order to record in 16:9 1080p, you need to play in that resolution, and in order to play in that resolution, you need a 1080p 16:9 monitor, so dunno what else you can really do.

To convert 16:10 to 16:9 it either going to put black bars or crop things or stretch things and it won't look right.
