Best RGB PC For Home Use

I want to build a pc for home use. It will be mailny used for browsing & watching movies. There will be no video editing or gaming but this pc should look very unique & attractive.

I want this build to be fully RGB which is in trend nowadays.

(I want to gift this PC to a very special person in my life thats why am here with you all professional)

Guys, guide me building this machine and make it one of the best budget RGB system.

Can You All Suggest A Decent RGB System (Scratch Less - The Place Where This System Is Going To Be Kept Is Very Dust Amd Porne To Scratches)

First Of All I Want To Know Which Case Is Best.

I have searched alot and found

1) Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 RGB

2) Corsair Crystal Series 460X RGB

After searching lot of reviews i feel the tempered glass of MasterBox Lite 5 RGB is prone to scratches while Crystal Series 460X RGB tempered glass is better. Am confused in these two cases.

Need suggestions on this.

I would say cooler master. Not only does it have an extra fan, it has a tinted window on the front. Having a full rgb setup with clear glass and having a look at it would be “very” bright. In terms of the tempered glass, they are relatively equals. The rgb on cooler master case has much more compatible rgb programs and it can do “a music show”.

What about motherboard, processor and other items?

They are both good brands, they should all be able to fit. Those components depend on each other. Ram and CPU depends on mobo. Gpu and cpu depend on each other.

Cases are meant to be given of looking, have a decent amount of space, (which both of the cases do), and give you an easily accessible system when in need of upgrading. It does not have any effect otherwise, well, unless you count the provided case fans.
