r5 2600 is enough and it's a best buy if it comes to value for money. Maybe 2600x if You can get it cheap.

1600x will be good as well and even cheaper, but i i'd take 2600.

I'd not get anything less than the R5-2600 or 2600X on a quality B450 or X470 board, where the 2600/2600X is now the defacto 'start here' choice when assembling any AMD system on a semi-budget. Otherwise, if you want the fastest AMD choice currently, the 2700X is fastest if you can afford it. (A few newer games can utilize 8c/16t better than others)

No, wait for 3rd generation Ryzens, then You might want to upgrade.

Your Ryzen 5 2400G is good enough, but if you want better performance (which would only be slightly better) I would wait for the release of 3rd-gen Ryzen in a couple months. You don't really need to upgrade though.

Ok thank you what about ram speed would it increase fps? I have 16gb Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz in dual channel would 3200mhz or 3000mhz increase fps?

Yes, faster RAM would help some. Not in every game, but in a few.
