Best semi-modular PSU on a budget

Hi guys,

I am looking for a budget semi-modular PSU.

It is for a mini-ITX build (CM Elite 130).

The hardware is (at the moment):

- Intel Core i5-4460
- Silverstone AR06
- MSI H81I
- Crucial 8 GB Ballistix DDR3
- HyperX Fury 120 GB SSD
- WD 160 GB 2.5" HDD
- GeForce GTX 460 (might replace with 750 Ti)
- Some "Energon" 650W PSU, that I am worried might blow up :/

The price range is around DKK 500,- which is roughly £50.

At the moment I am looking at the Corsair CX550M (the new white sticker one?) and the Cooler Master GM550.

It has to be semi-modular because of the limited space in the case.

Opinions and suggestions please
