Question Best settings for me to stream CSGO on YouTube....

My specs
Pentium G4400
Gt1030
8gb ddr4 ram
My internet gives at least 8 Mbps download speed and 4-5 Mbps upload speed and both sometimes go up to 8-9 Mbps my streams are very laggy with OBS pls tell me best settings to use to get stable fps and good resolution.

Any help is appreciated....

Best 720P at somwhere around 1500kbps-2000kbps (Bitrate, if it doesnt work try a bit higher like 2500)

By it doesnt work ive meant if the stream clarity isnt good.
If you have lags you can option for 480p 60
