Hello everyone,

I recently bought this AOC monitor:https://eu.aoc.com/en/gaming/products/g2260vwq6
While the monitor is pretty good I don't really like the colours.

Can you help me find the best settings, because I am not an expert at these things?

Solution
Calibrating the color on your monitor is more of a trial and error basis. It's often and will be tedious. You could use a professional piece of hardware but if you don't go through monitors like your wardrobe, I'd suggest not to invest in expensive color calibrating hardware. Instead you should find what settings suits your eyes and your setup.

If anything you can start by fiddling with your contrast and brightness. Most of the people I've seen and argue with have their brightness and contrasts set to max. I personally set it to ~80% for both Contrast and Brightness. If colors need calibrating, I look for an ICC profile. Outside of that I leave most up to the display.
