best settings for my sennheisers

hey i have some sennheiser 363d head set they come with an usb sound card i want ot get the 7.1 out of them for gameing from my understanding i needs ot have the usb sound card turned on to get that 7.1 but when its on it sounds kinda like a mono setting and i cant tell were anything is at. and also the headset is not that loud even on 100% on youtube atless on games its super loud and i have checked the youtube sound bar on the video and thew sound in my audio settings for chrome

Also in control pannel check the properties of the audio device.

check its still gets loud but not as loud as i would like for music when on battlefield its very very loudeven on 40% but when i ma on youtube then when its on 100% it sounds like 40%

Well thats application specific.. have you opened the windows mixer and made sure internet explorer output is on 100%?
