Best settings for rust

Hello,
I was wondering what the best way for me to run rust on my EVGA gtx 950 ssc. I have my settings to where it runs at about 30 fps, and wonder if there is any way to improve it.

My PC build:
AMD fx-6300(oc to 4.1ghz)
EVGA gtx 950 ssc
8gb Kingston hyperX
EVGA 500w bronze+ certified

I have also tried to overclocking my graphics card but I have had little luck. I use the EVGA precision X program when overclocking, and I can not get past 30-40mhz boost before I start getting artifacts. I have tried increasing voltage and it seemed to make very little difference.

Rust is a very demanding game so i doubt that your GPU can handle this amount of intensity. i have attached links to some solutions:
