Best settings for Skyrim on a10 5800k

Hey guys, so as the title suggests, I'm wondering what the best settings for skyrim would be on this APU to maintain at least a 30 fps. I'm sort of in a weird situation where the video card I ordered came in doa (went to a computer place and they tested it out on one of their machines to confirm it for me) and until my replacement comes in I'll have to make do with the 5800k's graphics

P.S. how much can i safely oc the 5800k with the stock cooler?

So it's looking like if you set the resolution at 1680x1050ish you might get away with med.

you'll have to wait for someone else to answer the oc question.
