Best Skin/Costume?

Okay, the recent threads on the Han Solo/Indy skins and extra costumes for
Mercenaries and the Beastie Boys in NBA Street 3 got me thinking of a poll
question--what is your favorite alternate videogame costume/skin?

I'm not talking about those games where you can create your own character,
or one that gives you a choice of outfits right from the start, but games
that reward you with extra costumes, games with unlockable characters that
stand out, or games with cheat codes that change skins/costumes of
characters. It could be the horses and clowns playing in NFL Blitz,
Spider-man in Tony Hawk, Jak in Hot Shots Golf, or the main character in
True Crime: Streets of LA (a man) wearing black lingerie, for example.

For me, a top contender would be Pirates: Legend of Black Kat. Although the
game was only so-so, there was a cheat code that changed the main
character's (a woman) costume from long pants, long shirt, and boots to a
bikini...a thong bikini at that...and one that came in many colors.
Unfortunately, I've long since forgotten how to turn off that code, so
whenever I load my old Pirates save game, there she is running around in
next to nothing. Which is more entertaining to watch than the majority of
the game...

Anyone else?

A related question is--if you were a developer and could put a hidden
character/costume/skin into a game, what would it be?

I'd have to go with putting the Terminator into Grand Theft Auto: San
Andreas (with an invincibility code, of course).

No one but anime fans would care or agree, but how about an Evangelion plus
pilot in a "Zone of The Enders" game? Or maybe a Gundam mobile suit?

Or how about having Samanosuke from the Onimusha series appear in a
"Soulcalibur" game?

And lastly Batman and Joker appearing in a Spider-man game?

Fatal Frame 2 had the "ghost twins" costumes as unlockable extras for your
main characters. Complete with bloodstains for teh one that was
sacrificed.

Magical Girl Heather (SH3) was pretty funny as well.

Magical girls, my friend. Magical girls.
Or the girls from the Excel Saga anime.

Or for any military-theme game, a code to turn all of the soliders into
Star Trek redshirts. ^_^

One more - Solid Snake and other MGS characters in Manhunt? Imagine being
stalked by a naked Raiden... eeeekk, creepy huh?

If what I heard is correct, Psi-Ops lets you play as Scorpion, of MK fame...

Really? That's wild...

Reminds me of when they'd let you use Sub-Zero, Scorpion or Noob in "The
Grid"...
