read some reviews, like Anandtech or [H]ardOCP, You should be stuck between MSI or DFI. Personally, i think the DFI is the choice for the extreme overclocker who is planning on extreme cooling methods, while the MSI is better for most other people. But either one is a good choice depending what is important for you.
[H] "MSI has really got a winner on their hands with this board. If you’re looking to upgrade and want to take the Athlon64 socket 939 plunge, don’t even think about getting another board. This is the board to get. Period."
Anandtech "The Gold Editors Choice is jointly awarded to the MSI K8N Neo4/SLI Platinum for the combination of robust operation at stock speeds, top-notch overclocking abilities, and the best feature set and feature performance of the available SLI boards. An enthusiast may be happy with either the DFI SLI or the MSI SLI board, but buyers looking for the best feature set that truly enhances system performance will choose the MSI. The 2nd SATA2 controller, dual PCIe LAN, and hardware SoundBlaster Live! 24-bit are a standout combination in a crowded field of top-performing motherboards."
Not bad conclusions huh? Most importantly, draw your own as it's a big purchase. Pricewise the MSI is only $178 at Zipzoomfly, while the DFI DR reviewed is $227.
