Best slim horizontal compact micro atx cases (somewhat similar to slim HTPC cases) in India market AND OTHER HELP TOO?

Hello,

Need help here.Actually,I have an AM1 build,and by accident I broke this PC's 6 YEAR OLD cabinet power button, and days later even my 4 YEAR OLD PSU was dead.So-

1)Can you guys please recommend me a slim CASE(micro-ATX) that has a look-alike of a HTPC,with good cooling??
According to my current list,I'll decide between-
a}Circle Lil(It's a brand,but somewhat cheap).
b}Zebronic Slim Cases(can't decide which one to have,link here-https://www.zebronics.com/product-category/cabinet-slim)
c}<<YOUR RECOMMENDATION HERE>>[WITH BUDGET UNDER INR 4,000]

2)Good GPU FOR AM1 series for 60 fps ultra gaming with 1280x720 or 1366x768(ok with high settings)

3)Will Athlon 5370 be compatible with this mobo?
