Best small heatsink for i7-7700k?

I asked this question before, but I didn't actually measure my case. It turns out, I have about 5 inches to work with (height) (no more than 135mm) and I'm using a Micro ATX board, so it can't be up against the RAM or graphics card. The only answer I got was the Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO which is too big for my case. What is a good heatsink in that size range that will fit in a small case with a micro ATX board and support mild overclocking?

I'm not sure what exactly you are asking here? You mentioned the 'best' but also 'mild overclocking'.

For mild overclocking I recommend the CRYORIG M9i for $20 at 125mm height. Similar thermal performing to the 212 EVO, quieter, easier to install, cheaper, and fits in your case.
