Best smartphone under €300?

Hi there, im looking for a affortable smartphone for my sister.
She is no real power user, but it may not lag when operating trough OS.
She mostly uses it for taking pictures, selfies most of the time.
Also social media like Instagram, Snapchat and Whatsapp.
I think the maximum screen size is 5.2".
I dont mind Chinese manufacturers like Xiaomi or Meizu.
Also prices might differ in the netherlands so dont be too tight on the budget.

i enjoy much asus zenfone 2 the 64 gb version and i saw it on amazon at 300 you ask,other choices,the best budget choice is moto g for me
