Best Software for OverClocking

Every time I install Intel Extreme tuning utility it always says unsupported platform

someone says i can overclock my pc
i have Pentium N3520 2.16ghz CPU on a Portable pc motherboard so it says on CPU-Z

Just a guess but it's most likely not supported because that's a laptop CPU and normally laptops don't have the best cooling so they try to keep the parts low on power requirements.

Best Software for OverClocking is the Bios, if the bios does not allow overclocking....... well guess your not overclocking.
