Best Software to direct copy windows 10 to a new system

what is the best recommendation for cloning soft ware for a windows 10, so it look an feels the same for my father PC? His PC is slowly dying and old (Phenom II 945). I would like update to either AM3+ or a Ryzen 1500X base system, but need to do in a away were the old hp case is reused & were the only thing he notice is that his PC runs faster an smother. Help please & thanks!

there is cloning software designed to copy contents of old hdd to new on the same system but you also want to upgrade the motherboard and CPU and ram, and that brings complications into the mix. Mainly new/old drivers. If you clone it, you have to make sure the old ones are gone and new ones replace them.
