Best SoundCard For My Build?

Hello. I make songs for fun (hip-hop). AKA, I rap as something to do.
With my build, what is the best soundcard for like...$100 I guess. Not tryna spend a lot. Also, I plan on getting a USB mic, so a second question is, can you pair a USB mic and a soundcard?
I also have the Black Magic Intensity Pro (BMIP) capture card in one of my slots.
