Best specs for gta5

hey guys/girls,
can you tell me the best specifications to play gta 5 in ultra settings and still get above 60fps?
My current pc rig is:
4gb ram
windows 7
intel dh61ww motherboard
intel i3 processor
gpu : nvidia msi gtx 970 4gb
500gb HDD

Another 4GBs of ram and a better CPU. An i5 should do it.

I can get ultra) with 60fps:
i7 4790
gtx 980 ( 1450)
16gigsram

Regarding your build you have a huge cpu and ram bottleneck. you should purchase a new motherboard-cpu and at least 8gb ram.

thanks a lot for replying but with all the specs you mentioned will my msi gtx 970 be able to give me 60 fps?( i mean to say that with all the same specs as yours but with my gpu)

yes. however even i have to compromise on some settings to be able to get a stable 60 fps, so don't dream about fully maxing out the game, but you will be able to turn most setting to maximum.

All the modern 2014 - 2015 titles are pretty graphic intensive. witcher 3, gta 5, watch dogs, ac unity, dying light etc...
All these games require at least a gtx 970 to run fine on ultra.

I think Witcher 3 is the best looking but that's probably just a personal preference

In truth, my computer has a GTX 750ti and and i7-4770 and I am running 60 FPS on almost all ultra settings no lag what so ever.
