Ram, Ram, and more Ram. Minecraft loves Ram, so if you want high fps on max settings (assuming max render distance), you will want 16GB. If you can settle for a high render distance, instead of max, then you will only need 8GB. As for video card, something as simple as a 750ti will be plenty. CPU wise, where you want to record, you will want something with atleast 4 cores, so maybe a cheap I5 or an FX-6300. What is your budget, and I could put together a parts list for you.

This is what I put together. For $1100, this is perfect for gaming and recording, especially for Minecraft. For the CPU, I went with an i7-4790k. Where it s a quad-core hyperthreaded, it is perfect for gaming and recording at the same time. Especially for games like minecraft, it is exceptional. For the videocard, a GTX 970 will max out most games at 1080p at at least 60fps. for minecraft, you could easily get 180 fps with this set up. I also went with a lot of RAM, so that you can bump up the render distance even more, and it helps with recording. Overall, this is probably the best you will get at this price point. If OS also needs to be in the budget, let me know and I can make a couple changes to include it. This build also has an awesome blue and white color scheme.

Hope this helps!
