Best SSD on the Market

First, to start off, my budget is < $200. I am wondering what the best 120/128GB SSD on the market right now is (one that doesn't have issues(. I hear the SandForce drivers are unreliable. If this is true, what is the best one? I have already seen the hierarchy chart for this month, but I want some opinions of others.

I am going with the Samsung 830. Apparently they are backed up 1-3 months on Amazon.
