Best SSD performance and installation

Hi,

What would you recommend for best performance for a 1TB SSD ?

It's is for use with music production, mostly using Cubase 8 Pro.

Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit

Also, I believe Samsung has software that removes the need to re-install everything when replacing the system HDD with a SSD. Has anyone used this and how well does it work?

Samsung 850 Pro would be my go to choice for SSD's, they are fast and reliable.
