Best stream OBS settings ?

Hello guys

I would like to know what are the best sittings to stream with this config :

I7 6700K CPU 4.00 GHz
gtx 970 ti
16go DDR4
SSD ...

OBS Version 22.0.2 64 bits

My internet is 100% ok at 3000 bitrate maybe more if necessary.

But on my stream lot of packet loss.

Go to speedtest.net , test the speed of net, then report back.

Note: If you stream, your ping will suffer A LOT! If you play online games.

not really cause i can really use 3000 rate and play online easy
no ping on teamspeak or else
