Best streamlabs obs settings for gtx 970 and i7-4790?

What are the best settings for streaming with streamlabs obs? My internet speed is good enough. I am 100% sure about that. but i get like stuttering on my games when i go live, i have 16 gb ram, a msi geforce gtx 970 and an intel core i7-4790 processor. hope someone can help me!

Try lowering your bitrate to 3000kbps or lower.
