If you can stretch your budget to $140, the RX 580 8GB would be a good option, but if not, like @Eximo said, an RX 550 or GT 1030 GDDR5, watch out for the DDR4 version as it is about half the performance.

That is a factory refurb. Probably a former mining card would be my guess. I would be a bit hesitant on that one. Also not really that low power.

For that money you could get the RX 6500 XT, which is a lot newer. Not ideal for systems without PCIe 4.0 with its 4x connection.

A380 low profile at $115 really isn't too bad. Some compatibility issues with older games though.

The ASRock Challenger A380 requires an 8-pin, for some reason and is best avoided. (I have one, works fine, but needs a decent PSU)
