I am planning on building a new PC but i keep struggling choosing the right PSU. I've read a lot of articles about them but I'm still not sure,maybe you guys could help me out.
The full specs of the future PC are:
-Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo 43.1 CFM CPU Cooler
-Asus Z170-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory
-Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
-Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card
-Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVD/CD Writer
And I'm thinking between 650w and 750w PSU.
Clearly 650w will be enough for my setup,but in case I will add something to it,in the near future(although I don't intend to do that for the next 3-5 years[hope so]) , would 750w be like an 'overkill' ? Would it affect the PSU overtime and my bill a lot?
P.S. Even though I went for the 6700k, I'm thinking if it's worth the extra 72£ instead of the 6700 in my case?
