I was thinking of this few days ago, so i wanted to ask you guys for your opinions and experiences. How much did they wanted to help.
Which manufacturers have best tech support. All of them that make something for Computers. All of them on a scale to 1-5.
I heard Logitech is awesome. 😀

I only use business side support which is often a lot different and better than consumer support.

I can say that the Lenovo/IBM online support is horrible, the forms are limited in characters so you can't even fit in your full contact info or issue.
