Best supported motherboard for my specifications

As of now my specifications are

- Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.93 Ghz
-Intel DG31PR ( Intel G31/G33 Chipset family)

-3gb DDR2 RAM
(Integrated graphics-256 mb that can't even support Pixel shader 3.0 🙁 😛 )



I am planning to upgrade my motherboard as it is a lot outdated.

Can anyone suggest me a motherboard that can support my processor and RAM .. It would be more helpful if you suggest me a motherboard that helps me to upgrade to i3 or i5 and DDR3 ram and DDR5 gpu.

My budget is around 5k only.It would be also good if the motehrboard's integrated graphics support Pixel Shader 3.0 atleast
