I wouldn't put Mass Effect 3's ending here as a "best surprise"; more like a "worst surprise ending" imo.

Dragon Age Inquisition's Solas reveal was one of my favorite twist endings.

I would also put Prince of Persia The Two Thrones ending as amazing.

Kind of disappointed the original Diablo didn't make the list. That one surprised me at least...

Maybe I'm a bit naive, but I didn't see the ending to Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion coming. I figured Martin and I would defeat Mehrunes Dagon and he'd be Emperor of Tamriel. I was a bit surprised to say the least.

I don't remember being surprised by the Deus Ex: Mankind Divided ending.
