[SOLVED] Best system for 3D design?

Hi! Can anyone recommend pc components for a 3D design system? I'm heavy into Maya and ZBrush with intense scene renders. I'd like to be able to surpass 35M Polys in Zbrush. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Budget would probably be under $3600. Thank you both for your quick replies! Ideally it would suit both needs. I don't game very much, but would like to play a new game every now and then at good settings.
