Best System for Viewing High-def Footy

I watch a lot of high-def 1080p Rugby Union and NFL MP4 videos usually around 5GB in size and about 2 hours in length. I've experienced problems over the years lately watching sports on a crappy Compaq laptop with only 2GB of memory. It's time for me to buy a new desktop PC and would greatly appreciate any advice as to the best system for viewing the videos mentioned above. If a pre-built big brand PC is all I need, I'm fine with that as the most importing thing for me is watching footy and I am not a gamer. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Really any new system past the lowest rung will handle HD with no issues at all. This $400 https://www.walmart.com/ip/Dell-Inspiron-3650-i3650-3111SLV-Desktop-PC-with-Intel-Core-i3-6100-Processor-6GB-Memory-1TB-Hard-Drive-and-Windows-10-Home-Monitor-Not-Included/49455390 one from WalMart is fine, or you can build your own for about the same with a Windows license but in a case you can pick out.
