So I'm trying to go with the most budget system that has good performance to price ratio. For the ryzen 3 system, It's nice. For the ryzen 5 tho, I cant squeeze anything except for maybe a P2 500gb ssd. Plus for both systems, I have 1 and 2 tb hdd at home, so ssd storage won't matter as long as I have my OS and a few programs on there. Hdd is my game and file storage. I don't play games that much, but I still play.

The problem is, I'm a minor, and I want to build a pc but I want the prices as low as possible so when I ask my parents they can say yes.
That's nice....who do you think is better, amd vs intel?
