Question Best Thermal Paste for a Laptop

Hey Guys,
i wanna buy a good paste or pads for my Legion 5 I do'nt know how much I need and what to use i found many options like

1. Thermal Grizzly has many options​

2. MX-6, MX-5, MX-4​

3. PTM7950​

4. Noctua NT-H2​

5. many more brands and options​

MX-4 is pretty general use and I have used it in laptops before.
Haven't had the opportunity to try MX-5 or MX-6 yet.

NT-H2 is Noctua's long life paste. Presumably a great choice. Their coolers tend to ship with NT-H1 which has better performance, but is less stable.

Thermal Grizzly, Aeronaut or Hydronaut is sufficient for a laptop. Kryonaut is not necessary since you won't be going sub-zero, and of course Conductonaut is liquid metal. Which you could use, but that is not exactly maintenance free and there is a lot of prep work to do in a laptop to prevent shorts.

I'd throw in KPX (kingpin extreme) as well to the mix of thermal pastes to use.

Noctua NT H1 suffers from pump out effect in a direct die application like in a laptop. If sticking to Noctua, go with the H2.
