MX-4 is pretty general use and I have used it in laptops before.
Haven't had the opportunity to try MX-5 or MX-6 yet.
NT-H2 is Noctua's long life paste. Presumably a great choice. Their coolers tend to ship with NT-H1 which has better performance, but is less stable.
Thermal Grizzly, Aeronaut or Hydronaut is sufficient for a laptop. Kryonaut is not necessary since you won't be going sub-zero, and of course Conductonaut is liquid metal. Which you could use, but that is not exactly maintenance free and there is a lot of prep work to do in a laptop to prevent shorts.
